Asset Administration

Tracking

The Tracking Center allows dispatchers or asset managers to monitor a multitude of asset and mobile workforce movements on a live tracking screen.

Users can view real time vehicle location, ping vehicles, send messages, view maps and monitor vehicle diagnostics from one screen.

Maps

The Sat-Trak Map Center allows dispatchers or asset managers to manage their daily business while keeping assets in plain view.

They can generate reports, transactions and data communications the same as anywhere else in the Sat-Trak Command Center.

Alerts

Alerts are generated for predetermined events such as assets going out of bounds, movements during an unscheduled time, stops greater than a dispatcher-defined limit, etc. Alerts are sent to the dispatcher's display or email, and/or field manager's cell-phone.

The Alert center lets you identify at a glance the type of alert and to locate the asset, send acknowledgments and messages as well as generate alert reports from a single screen.
